Ingredients

1/2 cut,cooked butternut squash.

1 can fat free low sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup skim milk

4 T. butter or smart balance spread

1/8 tsp. onion salt or powder.

1 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. nutmeg

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cut, core 1/2 squash and put in a glass covered baking dish with 2" water. Microwave on HI 15 mins. until tender. Ditch the water, and peel the squash and put it into a blender. Add rest ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with crusty homemade bread. :)
