Ingredients

Prepare the lemon pudding according to box directions. You may consider adding some lemon zest to the pudding as well to add more flavor. Set this aside.

Put the whipping cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix until stiff peaks form. This takes about 10 minutes

Preparation

Fold in the whipped cream with the pudding slowly until they are mixed together. Set in the refrigerator and begin on the crust. Smash the vanilla wafer cookies and then add to the melted butter. Mix together and then put into a pie pan and bake.
