Ingredients
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 T. soy sauce
6 large garlic cloves
2 T. grated fresh gingerroot
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 pork tenderloins
Preparation
Process the first 8 ingredients in blender. Combine with the pork loins in a large sealable plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Place on oiled grill rack over hot coals. Grill for 10 minutes or until cooked through. When finished place in shallow dish, cover with foil and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. Slice to serve.
