Ingredients
2 pork chops
4 dessert spoons of lime marmalade
2 dessert spoons finely ground parmesan
Seasoning
Preparation
- Spoon 1 dessertspoon of marmalade on each chop and spread, season.
- Grill (Broil) or roast in the oven at 200C/400F/GM6, when one side looks cooked (the fat it bubbling) remove from oven.
- Turn over chop and spoon the remaining marmalade on the other side. Cook until done.
- Season and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan, green veg and mashed potato (goes well with the stilton, potato and onion pie recipe I put on here).
