Ingredients

2 pork chops

4 dessert spoons of lime marmalade

2 dessert spoons finely ground parmesan

Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Spoon 1 dessertspoon of marmalade on each chop and spread, season.
  2. Grill (Broil) or roast in the oven at 200C/400F/GM6, when one side looks cooked (the fat it bubbling) remove from oven.
  3. Turn over chop and spoon the remaining marmalade on the other side. Cook until done.
  4. Season and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan, green veg and mashed potato (goes well with the stilton, potato and onion pie recipe I put on here).
