Ingredients
2 pkgs lime Jell-O
2 cups hot water
1 can (2 cups) drained crushed pineapple
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbsp horseradish
1 pint cottage cheese
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1 cup coconut, optional
Preparation
Dissolve Jell-O in hot watter. Cream the milk and mayonaise. Combine other ingredients, add Jell-O. Let set in refrigerator.
