Ingredients

1 16oz pkg cream cheese (softened)

1/2 tsp salt

2 3oz pkg lime jello

2 cups boiling water

2 1 lbs can pears (cut & drained)

1 1/2 cups pear juice

1/2 tsp ginger

2 tblsp lemon juice

Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pear juice, salt & lemon juice. Refrigerate until partially set. Beat in softened cream cheese slowly with wire whip. Add ginger & mix. Fold in pear pieces last. Pour into 9 x 12 pan and refrigerate.
