Ingredients

2 lbs (almost a kg) salmon

Sage (to taste)

Honey (enough to coat salmon)

2 limes

Preparation

Coat Salmon with honey and thinly-sliced lime pieces. Squeeze juice out of remaining limes and crush the sage and mix it in with the honey.

Wrap loosely in aluminum foil (cover completely in foil if you want the juiciest) and put it in the oven. 375F/190C for 45 minutes. Check, and when the outer layer is whitish and flakes away, it’s done.
