Ingredients

Small ice cubes 

12 dashes bitters 

About 1 cup sweetened concentrated lime juice (preferably Rose's) 

24 ounces (3 cups) seltzer 

6 slices peeled fresh ginger 

Preparation

Fill six 8-ounce glasses with ice. Add 2 dashes bitters and 2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice to each glass. Top with about 1/2 cup seltzer; stir. Add ginger, and serve.
