Ingredients

1 can chick peas - i use Progresso, ( think it is 19 oz, drained and rinsed)

1/2 cup tahini (Joyva Sesame Tahini in the Jewish section)

1/2 cup water - add more if you want it smoother and thinner

2 teaspoons cumin powder

1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1-1/2 teaspoons sea salt

1 teaspoon paprike

2 garlic cloves, diced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food processor, blend at high speed for a minute or so, season to taste.
