Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 T champagne vinegar
1/2 c parsley (leaves only!!)
2 T coarsely chopped oregano, fresh
4 large clove chopped garlic
3/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Preparation
In food processor, combine oil & vinegar. Add all remaining ingredients; process with on/off pulses until pureed. Spoon into small serving bowl.
