Ingredients
1 can Green Giant Cream Style Corn.
3 eggs- slightly beaten
3T sugar
3T flour
3 T melted butter
1 corn can of milk.
Preparation
Blend (or mix) corn, flour and sugar. Add beaten eggs, add milk, last add melted butter. Place in buttered (or non-stick sprayed) casserole. Put in 350 degrees oven. Stir in about 10 minutes, then again in about 15 minutes. The receipe says don’t stir after custard starts to form, but Lila does stir. The last stir makes/leaves pudding fluffy. Total cook time is about 30 to 35 minutes. Done when firm.
