Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered peanut butter 

1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 

1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce 

1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek, optional 

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix powdered peanut butter with 1/4 cup water. Add sesame oil, lime juice, and fish sauce; whisk to combine. Add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Stir in sambal oelek, if desired. Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
