Ingredients

1 (8- to 9-ounce) package frozen or refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini

1-1/2 cups broccoli florets

3/4 cup thinly sliced carrots

3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

Pinch each of dried oregano, parsley, marjoram, savory, thyme, and rosemary, or any blend of italian seasonings.

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 clove garlic, pressed

2 tbsp minced fresh basil

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Combine pasta with all remaining ingredients and toss well.

Optional: Serve with hard boiled eggs.
