Ingredients

3 oz tilapia fillet

1/2 tsp extra light margarine

a sprinkle of chopped onions

a sprinkle of chopped garlic

salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat the margarine in a small diameter pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until somewhat softened.

  2. Add garlic and continue cooking for a minute or two.

  3. Add the tilapia fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Cover and cook over medium low heat until bubbling; turn to low to finish cooking.

If you like your fish with a lot of flavor, feel free to add some lemon juice, your favorite herbs or a blend of ready-mixed fish spices!
