Ingredients
1 pkg angel hair or fettuccine pasta
½ cup olive oil
4 tbs. fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
½ cup dry white wine
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 ½ lbs. raw peeled deveined shrimp
1 chili pepper (of your choice) seeded and chopped
Preparation
Cook pasta in large pot of salted water. Heat oil in Dutch oven medium heat. Sauté parsley, chili pepper, and garlic in oil for 1-2 min. Stir in wine, nutmeg, and shrimp and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 min. or until shrimp are light pink. Drain pasta at al denta and mix with shrimp mixture. Cook over medium heat for 2 min. Stir and serve.
