Ingredients
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 can of Chick Peas (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 small red onion
1 bunch green onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Garnish with green onion.
Serve with whole wheat pita and/or fresh vegetables
