Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts

1 tbs whisky or brandy

1 14oz round Brie

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Combine sugar, nuts, and alcohol.

Bake Brie 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle sugar mixture over the top and bake an additional 2-3 minutes until the sugar is melted.
