Ingredients

6-12oz chicken breasts

2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. lemon juice

4 tsp worcestershire sauce

4 tsp celery salt

2 tsp paprika

4 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper

2 c. bread crumbs

1/2 c. oleo

1/2 c. shortening

Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in half and wipe well with damp paper twoels. In lage bowl combine sour cream, worcestshire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic and pepper. Add chicken coating well. Cover bowl and and refrigerate overnight (24 hours). Preheat oven to 350. Melt shortening and oleo. Remove chicken from bowl and roll in bread crumbs coating evenly. Arrange chicken in a single layer in large shallow baking pan. Spoon half the oil over the chicken and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon additional oil of chicken and bake add’l 15 minutes.
