Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbl horseradish
2 oz. chipped beef
1 tsp milk
chopped parsley, must be fresh.
Preparation
soften cream cheese using milk shred the beef in a blender mix beef, cream cheese, and horseradish well and form into a ball. Roll the ball in chopped parsley. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with crackers of your choice.
