Ingredients

3 or 4 chicken breasts

1 bunch of green onions

1/2 cup of cilantro

1 red bell pepper

1/2 cup of shredded carrots

1 head of lettuce

Flavor to taste: Lemon juice, S&P, garlic salt, diced almonds

Preparation

Saute the chicken and vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes. Separate lettuce leafs into good-sized bowl/wraps for putting chicken into. (Really? I mean we all know what lettuce wraps are.)
