Ingredients
1/4 cup White Miso
1/4 cup Butter Milk
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon Minced Shallot
1 cup chopped Cherry Tomatoes
2 slices crispy bacon
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Preparation
Combine first five ingredients by stirring in a small bowl. Set aside.
Chopped cherry tomatoes taking care not to mush them.
Break crisped bacon into smaller pieces.
Cut your Iceberg lettuce head into fourths. Lightly salt each wedge. Divide the dressing equally between the four wedges, top with chopped tomatoes and then bacon.
