Lettuce Recipe

Ingredients

1 head lettuce

6 slices bacon

1/2 c. water

1 onion

1/4 cider vinegar

4 T. sugar

bacon fat

salt & pepper

Preparation

Brown bacon. Combine with lettuch & onion. Combine vinegar, water, & bacon fat. Heat to boiling. Add seasonings and sugar. Pour on lettuce.
