Ingredients
10 eggs
16 oz. cottege cheese
2 small cans of green chilies
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 lb sausage browned
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except chilies. Blend in chilies last. Pour into 9 x 13 buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until firm in center.
