Ingredients
Bars:
3 cups Rhubarb, cut-up
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/4 cups Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
Topping:
1 cup Oleo
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cups Brown Sugar
Preparation
Combine Bar ingredients and cook until boiling.
Combine Topping ingredients, cut together until crumbly. Spread 3/4 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Spread Rhubarb Bar mixture on top of that. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 of Topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
