Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 cup dry lentils, rinsed
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cups vegetable broth
Preparation
Put everything in the crock pot and cook on high for 8-12 hours, stirring occasionally and adding water if needed.
