Ingredients

Dough:

3 Eggs

4-5 C Flour

2 1/2 Tbsp Salt

1 1/2 C Water

Filling:

1 C Onion

2 lb Ground Beef

2 Pork Bullion Cubes

5 Cloves Garlic

Pepper

1 C Milk

1 tsp Salt

Preparation

Mix Eggs and Flour, add salt water. More water as needed. Beat into a dough and add more flour as needed. Knead until firm.

Combine Meat filling.
