Ingredients
1 stalk lemongrass minced
1 large shallot quartered
1 large garlic clove
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp each ground cloves, cinnamon, allspice, ginger
juice of one lime
Preparation
Pure all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
