Ingredients

Cake:

1 package yellow or lemon cake mix

1 cup sour cream

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

3 tablespoons cream cheese

3 eggs

Glaze:

½ cup powdered lemonade mix

½ cup water

2 cups confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Instructions for the cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Combine the cake mix, sour cream, frozen lemonade concentrate, cream cheese and eggs. Mix at low speed until moist. Then at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.

Cool for 5 minutes.

Instructions for the glaze: Combine the lemonade mix, water and confectioners sugar.

Add the melted butter slowly and blend well.

Prick the cake with a fork. Pour glaze over the still warm cake.
