Ingredients

1 lb jumbo lump crab meat

1/3 c. mayonaise

1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh thyme

2 tbsp chopped celery

2 tbsp chopped chives

pinch dill

pinch garlic powder

pinch celery salt

white pepper to taste

Preparation

check crab meat for shells in seperate bowl combine; mayo,lemon juice and all spices taste dressing and adjust if necessary. add in celery and chives stir to blend, add crab and fold in gently not to crumble crab. chill for 1 hour
