Ingredients
Lemon Squares
Base
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
Topping
4 eggs
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cups sugar
¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Icing sugar/powdered sugar for dusting on top
Preparation
Lemon Squares Base
Combine until mixture is crumbly. Press into 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Topping
Mix in Cuisinart until fluffy. Pour over crust Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.
Dust tops generously with powdered/icing sugar.
