Ingredients
1/2 pound butter room temp
1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
1/8 tsp salt
6 extra large eggs
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Preparation
9x13 pan
Cream butter and sugar add flour and salt until mixed. Press into pan with 1/2 inch on sides. Chill. Bake 15-20 mins until golden. Mix filling ingredients and pour over crust bake 30-35 mins until set. Cut into triangles and dust with icing sugar.
