Ingredients
Crust:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
Filling:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Mix crust ingredients and pat into 8" square pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
While crust is baking, combine sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add lemon juice and eggs. Mix well.
When crust is done baking, spread with lemon mixture and bake another 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with more confectioners sugar if desired.
