Ingredients

Shrimp, U-15, 1lb

Carrot, 2 medium

Garlic, 5 cloves, peeled

Roma Tomatoes, green, 1lb

Fresh Rosemary, 2 stems

Fresh Thyme, 1 stem

Snow Peas, 1/2lb

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Sesame Oil, 2t

Olive Oil, 3T

1’ Lemon Wood, dry, 3" sections

2 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Start grill without top grate in place.

Cover a section of your grill grate with foil. Mix Olive and Sesame oil. Brush foil with oil mix. arrange all ingredients on foil.

Just before placing grate on the grill, place all of the lemon wood directly on the coals. Replace grate, and cover.

Allow this to smoke until the shrimp are cooked.

Serve over rice.
