Ingredients
2 Pounds of Shrimp(Peeled and Cooked)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 Tablespoons Fennel seeds
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 1/2 lemons
Salt to taste
Preparation
Place cooked shrimp in bowl. Crush whole cloves of garlic and place with shrimp. Chop fennel seeds and add with olives, and olive oil. Add 2 Tablespoons of lemon. Mix well. Salt to taste. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours to mix flavors. Before serving, cut lemon into small wedges and toss in with shrimp. Enjoy!
