Ingredients

1-2 salmon filets (or enough for 2 people)

1/4 cup of capers in either vinegar or wine

2 whole lemons

dash of oregeno

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp of oil (or margerine)

1 tsp fresh basil, chopped

Preparation

Put salmon filets ina shallow dish with foil uderneath. Mix together, lemon juice from one lemon, oil, oregeno, basil and capers. Pour 1/2 mixture over the salmon. Let it stand for about 10 minutes. Mix in basil with the rest of the ingredients and pour the rest over the salmon. Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on size of salmon steaks. Serve with rice pilaf and salad.
