Ingredients
Potatoes
Chicken broth
Lemon Juice
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Clubhouse Greek Seasoning
Preparation
Cover bottom of baking dish with cut up red potatos or baby potatos.
Pour chicken broth (2-3 cups) so that they are 2/3 covered.
Pour 1/2 cup lemon juice over top.
Stir in 2 cloves of crushed garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons Clubhouse Greek seasoning.
Bake at 375 for at least an hour.
