4 thick center cut pork chops trimmed of fat

1 med onion
brown sugar

wash and trim chops slice onion and add a slice to center of each chop slice lemon and add to top of onion on each chop 1 heaping packed tablespoon of brown sugar on top and then add one large squirt [about tablespoon and a half] catsup bake covered at 350 for 45 mins remove cover bake at 400 30 mins…….
