Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (with pudding)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 cup hot water
½ cup oil
¼ cup poppy seeds
4 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into 13" x 9" cake pan prepared with cooking spray.
Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
