Ingredients
Mix 1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
Stir in 1 1/2 cup water
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Stir in 3 egg yolks (beaten)
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Pour into baked pie shell. Bake until brown.
