Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed skimmed milk
3 eggs
5 oz (1,5 dl)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 sheets gelatine
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Spearmint leaves&lemon slice
Preparation
Mix condensed milk with the egg yolk, add lemon juice first and then zest until achieving a creamy mixture; Put the sheets gelatine in ½ cup cold water; Whip egg white until they fluff up; Melt the sheets gelatine in a bowl in boiling water and add to the egg yolk mixture; then mix poppy seeds and finally whipped egg white. Put in refrigerator in large bowl or individual cup for a couple of hours and decorate with spearmint.
