Ingredients
Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 powdered sugar
1 cup flour
Filling:
2 TSP lemon juice
2 eggs beaten
2 TSP flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
Mix together first three ingredients and press in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients and add eggs and juice. Spread over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Optional: frost with lemon juice and powdered sugar mixture glaze
