Ingredients
1 store bought White Cake Mix
1 Tlbs Lemon Zest
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup Lemon Juice + pulp
1/3 cup Canola oil
3 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350`. Mix all ingredients together well and bake for 45 min. or till toothpick inserted, comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 to 10 min. then turn out on cooling rack. Cool completely before frosting. Use Lemon Ice Frosting
