Ingredients

4 bone-in chicken breasts (10 to 12 ounces each)

Lemon-Herb Rub

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat grill to medium. Rub 6 teaspoons Lemon-Herb Rub under skins of 4 chicken breasts, being careful not to tear skins. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Lightly oil grates. Place chicken on grill. Cover grill, and cook, turning several times, until chicken is cooked through but still juicy, 25 to 30 minutes.
