Ingredients

Crust:

1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup suger

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 stick butter (chill & cut)

1/4 cup husked toasted hazelnuts

Filling:

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

3 tbs fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp minced lemon zest

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

Preparation

Crust: grind roasted nuts then add all crust ingredients togeather and press into (parchment or foil)lined 9x9 pan. bake at 350 for 15 min. Filling: mix all ingredients and pour on hot crust. Return pan to oven and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool and slice.
