Fish fillets
Butter
Lemon
Fresh dill
Garlic
Preparation
Get grill very hot (must be clean so fish won’t stick. Melt butter (about a tablespoon for each averaged size wall-eye fillet) Squeeze lemon juice into butter, add finely chopped dill and mix. Put fillets on grill and brush with dill butter. Turn and brush other side. One to three minutes per side. Salt and pepper to taste. Crushed garlic cloves may also be added to butter.
