Ingredients
CAKE:
1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Salad Oil
4 Eggs
1 Sm. Pkg. Lemon Gelatin
GLAZE:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Juice of 2 Lemons
Lemon Zest
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients. Beat 2 minutes, and pour batter into greased 9"x13" glass baking dish. Bake 45 minutes. Prepare glaze by combining powdered sugar and lemon juice. Poke holes in cake with fork while still hot. Spread glaze over top of cake while hot.
