Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup White Wine
A drizzling of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup White or Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves
1tbsp Tarragon
1tbsp Dry Mustard
A sprinkling of bread crumbs with Parmasan Cheese just enough to top the chicken breasts-optional
Preparation
I am a novice cook, so take it easy on me in response to this recipe. Its easy though. I don’t like to cook too many things that are complicated.
Marinate Chicken for about 2 hours after combining the wet and dry ingredients. Add the bread crumb/cheese mixture on top of the marinated breast and then bake for about a 1/2 hour.
