bags (12 oz each) frozen broccoli florets

teaspoons olive or canola oil

cloves garlic, finely chopped

1

tablespoon grated lemon peel

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/8

teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package; set aside.

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic in oil about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

Stir in broccoli; cook 1 minute. Stir in lemon peel, salt and pepper.
