Ingredients

1/2 stick of butter

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of milk

2 eggs

1 lemon

Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Set oven to 425
  2. Melt butter in cast iron pot on simmer 3.Whisk flour, milk and eggs together
  3. Pour on top of butter and bake for 15 minutes- or until it puffs up
  4. Squeeze on juice of 1 lemon (or more) and powdered sugar
  5. Bake for 5 more minutes
