Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 lemon
Powdered sugar
Preparation
- Set oven to 425
- Melt butter in cast iron pot on simmer 3.Whisk flour, milk and eggs together
- Pour on top of butter and bake for 15 minutes- or until it puffs up
- Squeeze on juice of 1 lemon (or more) and powdered sugar
- Bake for 5 more minutes
