Ingredients

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast - cut each breast in half for faster cooking.

1/2 lime, juiced

1/2 lemon, juiced or

1 tbs lemon juice instead

1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

4 tbs Dijon mustard

4 tbs sour Cream

Freshly ground black pepper

Creole-style seasoning to taste

Preparation

In a med size bowl mix together lime and lemon juices,Dijon mustard,Sour cream,Worcestershire,black pepper, and Creole-seasoning.Dredge chicken thru the mixture place chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, turning chicken occasionally, until the chicken pieces are done, about 15 minutes.
